Ernst Storm has done it again! This vibrant, crisp white is everything we want in a Sauvignon Blanc. He is the only winemaker we would trust to help us with our premier label and we are so proud. It is truly Argaux in a bottle - it encompasses all the things important to us when we are sourcing - sense of place (terroir), thoughtfully curated (responsibly farmed, meticulously made) and drinkable (must be a damn good glass of wine).
Sustainable farming practices and hand-harvested at night to retain freshness. The wine was fermented cold in 100% stainless steel and aged on the lees for 6 months for added mouthfeel.
